I am Davide, a Level Designer with 5 years of experience working in Unreal Engine, Unity, and other tools, with games developed and shipped on multiple platforms.

Currently located in the Netherlands, I am driven by the passion to create cohesive player experiences, delivering the same unique sensations that drove me to game development many years ago.

WHY LEVEL DESIGN?
Level Design is the point of contact between the players and the game, and it is the place where the player experience is crafted and delivered. My will to work strictly in contact with the players drove me to develop the environment and challenges they experience, shaping how they perceive the game world and approach the experience.

Being a Level Designer is also a privilege. We are tasked with taking the mechanics and components carefully crafted by the rest of the development team and using them to find the fun. This awareness has helped me shape my process, based on constant communication with every department to allow every component to shine in the levels and deliver the best possible experience for the players.
